Delivery
Blooms will be delivered by next day courier and our price includes Standard Delivery to most of mainland UK. Delivery is from Tuesday to Friday only, please ensure that you enter a valid delivery day during the checkout process, otherwise your flowers delivery will be delayed. We need to receive your order at least 48 hours before the intended delivery date.
For other areas of the UK, there are additional charges per box, as follows:
Orders for the Isle of Wight or the Isles of Scilly - £6.00.
Orders for postcodes AB, BT, IV, KW, PA and PH (Zone C) - £30.00.
Orders for other UK islands (Zone D) - £40.00.
The shipping charge will be calculated in the checkout, just select the correct shipping area for your delivery. If we have to contact you to rectify mistakes your order may be delayed.
If the recipient is not at home when a delivery is made, our couriers can only leave a parcel if they have specific instructions. You will be asked during the checkout process to provide alternative delivery instructions, such as: leave with neighbour. This will help to ensure that your flowers arrive in perfect condition and are not taken back to the delivery depot.
We regret that we are unable to send flowers beyond the UK.

Our minimum order is nine blooms
All flowers will be cellophane wrapped in bunches of three blooms of a single colour.
Please choose a minimum of three wraps from the colours below.

Care of your flowers
The blooms for each order are freshly cut and placed in our cold store for a few hours before being carefully packed and handed to our couriers, UKMail, for delivery. We use custom designed boxes, which will ensure that your flowers arrive in perfect condition. Follow the instructions below to condition your blooms prior to display.
On receipt of your flowers please unpack carefully. Cut 5cm (2") off the bottom of each stem. Then crush the base of the stem and put into deep, cold water keeping in a cool place overnight. By the morning, the flowers will be turgid and you may arrange them in vases. Thereafter, keep the water clean, changing it every 2-3 days to keep your flowers in the best condition. Full Care Instructions are also included with every order.
